JL, I see you have a problem with the cost of the acquisition of the ANDA' elite acquired in the deal with Mikah. Can you post the cost of getting an ANDA (Concept through approvals) approved and your analysis of how much you think Elite should have paid for the 12 ANDAs they got from Mikah? IMHO elite got a good deal considering just the fee one needs to pay to FDA for an ANDA approved AND we have an excellent CEO on board because of that deal. Mind that elite actually paid zero so far for the Andas and NH as payment. I know CEO of NH caliber are not cheap and I know a few in the silicone valley get paid millions as sign on bonus. I call that cost of doing business and whether you like it or not you put up with it.
