That is going to be a problem with older devices that don't have more recent versions of iOS and other operating systems and browsers that don't support more current (and secure) server certificates. The tech guys are looking to see if there are any work-arounds.

Older iPads and iPhones don't have updated root certificates. However, you can update the root certificate yourself. Here's the link to the root certificate needed for IH

I believe opening the link in Safari will get you a dialog asking you to install it.
