"Do they even care about shareholders at this juncture? Are they ever going to file? How many more years is this going to be held up for? How low will the sp be when or if anything ever gets settled? "

You do understand cause and effect. They win the litigation and none of us has to worry about share price ever again. They announce the victory in court and within an hour the share price will be in the $2.00 range.

As for daily or weekly fluctuations of share price, I don't give those things much thought. I buy to hold. You will have to make your own share price decisions. Questions about what got us all here should best be directed to the company.

" Are they ever going to file? How many more years is this going to be held up for?"

I should have originally broken my response into two separate responses. I apologize.

I have asked the company on many occasions about the filings and until last week, I have received the same answer. That is, the company's former auditor was themselves under investigation by an arm of the SEC. It is called the PCAOB. Because of this investigation, which I was told concluded last week or the week before, the former auditor decided not to assist the new auditor, which in itself is an ethical violation, not to mention expensive and time consuming for the company, but I am guessing that potential jail time trumps little things like ethics.
