The SEC rejected Positron’s appeal of FINRA’s denial from its original reverse attempt per the 2013 Information Statement.

Looks like it took the SEC more than a half a year to make official that it wouldn’t hear this matter.

 

The current filing for the reverse per the Information Statement filed in November 2014 is the one that is in process.
