you don't get to show a meeting room reserved unless you've paid for it

So all of the claims that the meeting room was confirmed are from the shareholders that actually paid for it? That is exactly what elvis stated.

Or, are you saying that the room hasn't been paid for yet? Which means the AGM still may not happen.
