Please enlighten me on which PR states shares were sold to raise capital. I have looked at ever PR since 2012 can not find it? I find where shares are traded (restricted shares are exchanged for restricted shares with other companies).

It sounds like he's saying if you buy 10 million shares tommorow his cut is 0. He doesn't get paid when you buy shares.
