I as well voted No and also don't think it matters much but what the hell. It's worth the 32 seconds it took to do it.


Not sure what materials others got in regards to the proxy. Mine was so limited in detail I'm not sure it's even legal with such little information to vote off of?? Typically proxy votes leave little information out and one doesn't wonder about the details of the transaction (in this case). ALL was left to the imagination in this proxy.
