Two points about Hay Mountain to take from Briscoe and LBSR

1) re Hay Mountain permits
"Whose size and scope"

2) those metals have known demand in international markets which is expanding...and low cost simple recovery....and we are looking for profit!

“A surprising presence of rare earth elements (REE) has been defined over a large area. This was completely unexpected and justifies further study.

Briscoe, a registered geologist with years of experience in exploration geology, was surprised by the "presence of" REE?

That response on Agoracom was Briscoe's opportunity to educate investors, and to resolve the whole REE issue. He could have said that he didn't mean to say he was surprised by the "presence of" REE, because as an experienced geologist, he should have expected their presence. He should have said REE are found in any rock you could pick up, just about anywhere. Maybe he could have presented a little data to illustrate what he considers to be "anomalous".

But, he didn't.

Instead, he says they are awaiting further study, and the potential for an economic deposit of REE is still dangled out there like a big carrot. So, what's holding up that further "study". Five or ten thousand bucks on some further geochemistry work on those same samples would be very informative, and if positive, would greatly enhance the value of Hay Mt. to "serious investors" - right?.

"We have EVERY TECHNICAL REASON to expect a VERY LARGE BODY OF METALS associated with the main or inner porphyry copper system at Hay Mountain. These include copper, molybdenum, gold, lead, zinc, probably silver, and other metals...."

I am not sure a dollar less for copper or 100 less for gold etc....will make Hay Mountain less valuable!!

READ Briscoe ' s response CAREFULLY!

Speaking for myself...
I will not allow Nonsense to discourage me from buying shares....that is their whole Goal!!
