#17603 RE: threadworth #17566

Here is how I see the charts; using three different time periods. Starting with a three month daily chart;

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=STEV&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p26953217713

A support line drawn from the shadow line bottoms at .0641 through .071 put’s current uptrend support at .075 (and rising). This support point coincides nicely w/the 20 and 50dma’s… Resistance has several points at .085 since the year began (and some earlier). Putting these lines together makes for a nice Ascending Triangle formation nearing a breakout point.

Of particular note is the 20/50dma golden cross which is occurring at this time. The last time it occurred was Aug 15th during the run to .119 and the time prior to that was early March when it ran to .339.

Moving on to a six month daily chart;

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=STEV&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p77268814102

Being a downtrend a resistance line drawn from the shadow line peaks at .119 through .095 put’s resistance at roughly .09; I see this as a key resistance to break and hold above in the near future. Support line shadow peaks could be drawn at .064 but I prefer the .069 area better due to multiple tests and breaks. This forms a much larger Descending Triangle formation;

Going to a Long Term perspective w/a three year weekly chart;

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=STEV&p=W&yr=3&mn=0&dy=0&id=p55096542884

A long term resistance line drawn from 1.69 through .339 puts it at roughly .15 now……Support can be drawn down to roughly .063 but again I prefer the .069 area better as described above. Again this forms a very large Descending Triangle.

Charts can be read in many ways based upon a person’s preferences (ie. Using shadow line peaks vs Candlestick bodies). This is a basic overview, if anyone reads them differently by all means post your views but I will not debate minute variations in T/A interpretation.

All the best,

Knife
