I don't think he was the instigator nor do i think he initiated the mess. I simply wonder why he would walk away from this technology and it's "potential" to dig himself out of the mess of a class-action with a small prayer of hitting the greys. I question why he jumped ship (my input is that he is going to live abroad w/family). I do have skin in the VSUL game. I also live in Seattle and have, what I consider a pretty strong network.
I hope these moons align just as much as the next guy that is invested in this play.
