Thanks for taking a look at NLST, it's on my scan due to the chart, but I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on Ihub.

I do know NLST is not a patent troll, their suit claims Diablo Technologies Inc. breached a contract, stole Netlist's trade secrets and incorporated them into SanDisks ULLtraDIMM.

Latest news is the Judge in NC denied a motion filed by Diablo Technologies, Inc. requesting the Court to stay the Preliminary Injunction
