New investors willing to actually pay money. The longer the hoarding of these low stocks goes on, the more they will be scared away!
The strategy just so I am clear is until the company Releases something saying these shares are worth a lot MORE! Then Ill consider buying, oh and also I will have all of my .04 and .05 cent shares raised insanely high!

So management has released very valuable PR and held the stock to maxed out at 280 million and Re-Structured debt!
STILL NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU! WOW WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM THEM!
