It's all percentages not shares. If the stock price doubles your investment doubles and it does not matter how many shares you own. Now if your saying you think you have a higher chance that a 100k shares of a risky penny stock might go up a higher percentage than 100 shares of a blue chip stock I think it depends on your investing time frame. I think you have proven what can happen with penny stocks and it of course can also with blue chips. I think your original comment was how the major shareholder in the company had screwed you because of the rs. How did that not impact his shares also? Seems to me he has a lot more at stake than you.
