Andy- of course there would be NO company without DMRJ. It was an "any port in a storm" kind of funding. Even after two years of DMRJ funding, the company was barely close to actually being viable. Even after cargo cert. and TSA's moves the company was just approaching viability.

However, that was THEN and NOW IMSC has the single largest ETD IDIQ in TSA's history. So the fundamental question, does holding a $162M IDIQ merit loan shark rates and ongoing invisable dilution? NO.

So who replaces DMRJ? And to what extent as Dr.McGann will try to operate and pay down debt via the IDIQ. I truely believe TSA via various branches of DHS will spend the entire $162M over two years, IF IMSC can produce that much while keeping the quality up to snuff.
