I'm not sure if this is a replacement but it certainly close to opening as google street view shows (have to be on the turnpike to see the fresh pictures.) They have been recruiting basic material handling staff for 2 months as well so close to opening.
This location ins close to 2 turnpikes AND the CSX railway.
May be this one serves the north and the other the south?
Assuming Home depot in Ohio and northwards is growing (new stores, more sales per store) they would need more capacity.
The hydrogen tanks in the picture are definitely the right type for Plugs systems.
Plug was recruiting an engineer to be based here as well.
