These people have more patience then your average OTC investor or trader. They probably have known that based on current events, not only will Elite be filing an NDA shortly but possibly multiple NDAs.

Based on how things are going in the Abuse Resistant Market, they will manipulate it down and then push the stock way up when they feel. The stock ran to .97. Some claimed P&D but there was no pump anyone could point to.

If someone wanted out they would have sold, not put up a fake ask to drive prices down.
