What is the SEC gonna do? They knew years before the Bernie Madoff collapse that something wasn't right and they did nothing, costing many their life's fortunes. Think they care about the small time players pounding on ELTP? No they don't, but if you wanna send in a report, be my guest. Manipulation from parasites will always be a part of OTC stocks, until they can climb out of the basement and on to a bigger exchange. Then you get to deal with top notch manipulators at least.

For now, know that the scum hasn't been able to bring Elite down. They had their opportunity back in 2011 and failed. Elite is stronger than ever and about to submit an NDA that will forever change investors lives.

The SEC is bought and paid for. They don't care about Elite. The fed govt only cares about people they can shake down for money. No need in Elite wasting time and money on lawyers.
