You don't know that for sure nor do I but something is fishy as to how much someone paid them selves and what they did with that money. The thing is if you are the buyer of a company wages to the executive is just as important to how much the company is worth as the bottom line. The executives are liable for the debt not the company if the courts where to decide that compensation relative to the work accomplished.


Granted you can't get blood out of a stone should they buy them selves a fancy home and destroy it or have market conditions take the value from a home or classic car that was purchased and this is where speculation comes into the picture as to how good a custodian of company property they where.
