Th patents are assigned to Reid owned KMA Global Solutions (CANADA) and not KMAG. This is confirmed at all of the Patent office fillings that have been posted with links for your "ease".

But you should know this. After all, you shareholders "lent" Reid the $1.75M to buy KMA Global Solutions (CANADA) as well as its Patent rights from you in 2011. There is no record of KMAG itself EVER owning any of the patent rights.

KAMG is a Holding Company holding NO operating entities and owning NO patent rights. Its right in Reids own words in the filings. All anybody has to do is read them.
