Because I do not intend to flip the shares I'm buying. I don't live too far away from where they are located. I verified it isn't a scam. I believe they will execute and get a product to market and drive share price. I'd would rather pay 2 cents more now and not worry about trying to buy once the fda news hits.
Could it be brought back to 20 cents or below again? Sure.. but I think there are a lot of positive events which can drive the PPS way up before that happens. It's a gamble...
I've also learned that by doing a little homework about who is posting on the board.. and filtering out the pumpers / bashers.. you can get some real insight from those who get it.
