I am not sure it's a matter of agreeing or disagreeing with you. I think the majority of us don't believe it's a significant event either way. They had cash at the end last quarter and they have access to cash if they ever needed it. Like I have said I think what is going on behind the scenes if they could tell us would blow us all away and that is why I think this stock will be significantly higher in a year.
