I think in the end we would still have to file suit against what ever Party receives the Anchor Litigation Award - since it was in the US Court of Federal Claims and Court of Appeals that the California lawyers argued our case.

I don't think this Order will have any negative impact since it was mainly based on the error in not Appealing the Order approving the LTW Settlement Agreement.
