Q4 will be incorporated into the 10K. BTZO 10K is due around March 31st. That is historically when they have been filed and historically they have filed a NT-10K and usually file 1 week later.

So given their historical trend I am saying 1st week of April. I have not seen any Q4 specific filings from their past so it leads me to believe that all of the Q4 information will be filed within the 10K.
