Have been watching from the side. This company is already public, so the normal IPO rules do not apply. The correct term is "follow on" offering. A follow on offering is when a company is already public and raises additional capital through the sale of common stock. The waiting periods refer to IPO offerings. This is right from FINRA. Please go to their website and do your own research. Licensed and started trading since 2000 and use penny's as just a play ground with discretionary and un needed funds. Not bashing this one specifically, just stating directly from the securities act of 1933 and 1934.

Initially, the DD on this company looked good...initially. Hopefully it works out, just going to play any dead cat bounces. Good luck to all.
