These types of loan are usually take out to protect shareholders. Instead of issuing shares, they took out a load and pay it back monthly knowing the company will grow substantially.
You are comparing apples to oranges. You can't go and say how you go about buying a house and compare it to starting a business. No comparison. (Maybe give me some better proof)
