So, define "Pay" are the pilots and FA's getting paid minimum flight guarantee??? Which is usually 70hrs flight pay a month or were they just getting a small per diem stipend which doesn't amount to much??? My guess is they were getting a small per diem check with no enforceable employment contract and someone else came along and offered them a whole lot more money...my guess is Kalitta or National...they have been advertising for heavy drivers...or the other possibility is that they saw the writing on the wall and bailed out...and if they don't have enough flight crews in place Baltia won't get certified...sounds like flight crews are keeping their hands on the ripcord!!
