Thanx - I just had to get that out. I too am curious about the findamentals of this play. Technically it is bouncing off the disasterous decline nicely. How high will it recover, who knows? But that's where the fundies come into play. Though on these kind of plays they mostly seem to disappoint. Hope this is an exception..
When it comes down to it, it's all about the numbers. The company is already undervalued no matter how you look at it so it's only up from here. I can see a lot of emotion in your post so I suggest to all of us stick to the facts. The company reported $1.3 million Q1 with Net profits. The company currently have market cap of $2.7 million so we know the valuation ratio is of by much.
The market definitely will correct the PPS and put us right where we need to be.
Even if we take the numbers from Q1, the company is still undervalued.
After Q2 I see the PPS jump significantly. May be 3 to 5 times the current PPS given a very low floats.
Let's not emotionally involve and let's just stick to the facts.
