MMN, this a very big deal for SPXA, now we know why the proposed AS increase to consummate this acquisition....

I know Alaska gold is very hot, hence shows like GOLD RUSH on discovery channel, we seen those guys pull thousands of ounces a season.....

This is what I look for, real deals going down that will cause dramatic increase in pps...

Not a day-trading flipper, I buy value on material events....

There were some one other ticker who stole the show today, but SPXA closed 2nd highest % gainer off this 8k today....
