ok, if you are new, refer to board info go to i hub JDZ nigeria saotome and review that board info, read bullwriters post on RB 95693, go to greatsprings.com....oilphant is an amusing diversion that we hope is right....the basic background of erhe is reviewed and why it is where it stands today....if you have other questions, come back and ask...offshore deepwater drilling is a breed of its own...but, a hole into the producing horizon(S) is the goal...just very expensive and time consuming...what are you going to do with bbls of oil to the surface 150 miles from shore? there are reference sites all over the web for offshore drilling education...hope this helps...
