This increase is to satisfy reserve, not dump, simply making up for the fact that the convertables are coming out to be a higher number of shares based on pps and therefore the shares need increased to cover that. These shares are still a part of the same convertable notes that have been being dumped. Still the same amount of money, just more shares, since the pps has dropped.
