I think you need to go back and read all about what could be the greatest purchase of all time...the Polymedix assets and then decide if Leo is any good. He with Dr Menon bring unbelievable opportunity and all you do is bitch.

It's the little investors who have the most to GAIN in biotech start-ups. Where else can someone buy a stock for 20 cents and have it turn to 170 dollars in 5 years? (there are a couple of stocks we have discussed here that did exactly that.) What if you have decided to throw a couple thousand bucks at one of those stocks, and now had 10,000 shares of a 170 stock? Would you be sorry you had not bought, say, an oil compnay's stock instead for its 1.2% dividend?

How much did he "pay" for the stock? Well, given the fact that Mr. Ehrlich used his own money to keep this company going, and given the fact that CEOs often acquire stock as part of compensation, and given the fact that he's the person who started this company and has guided it from .41 (my lowest price currently held stock) to the mid-3's in about 3 years -- I have no complaints, and think that he deserves every share.

Thanks for showing your negative bias toward this company so openly. It's always good for people to know what someone's underlying attitude is when they are considering the validity of what someone may post.

The most important thing now is to get the B phase 3 trial in progress along with a partnership/license for full funding ahead to advance other drugs in trials. A board and shareholder meeting is secondary - they can be part of the addon to a business deal.

Leo has a huge chunk of shares because he loaned CTIX over $2 million to keep it out of bankruptcy and move Kevetrin into clinical trials. Without his 2 million CTIX would have been another Polymedix. He also took no salary for 3 years, instead getting paid in shares.
