The computers have been upgraded and everything is downloaded daily and mirrored hard drives are used making it IMPOSSIBLE for docs to DISSAPPEAR.

Unless of course someone breaks in to the vault and steals them.....
But then they'd have to steal and carry out the computers too.........

Didn't they say they were going to halt discovery until there was a ruling on the stay?
