Can the climate for a given stock be bullish as it's share price rises from .21 to .33?

Question for the board. How can a stock be tanking when it has climbed from .068 when Nasrat became CEO to its current PPS of .285 and the fundamentals have done nothing but improve since then? Even if you look at the last 4 days its up around 30/35%. Really, I'd like to hear because my answer is the stock is not tanking and the atmosphere here has changed for newer investors from a short term pessimism to a clear optimistic atmosphere even if short term post the solid SA article. The longs have infrequently been pessimistic regarding this stock perhaps only the PPS.

I will for one will be on this next CC and only one question needs to be answered......where is Elite at in regards to FDA feedback?
