The account was started in 2011, so I doubt it's someone posing as Phillip Martin Micallef. That would be some insane foresight to make that account and have it ready for this now. It also makes sense why he's the one person in the company attracted and can't help themselves from posting on social media. In his profile on Sooum.com it says

He specializes in implementing creative and innovative growth strategies through social media and marketing.

I believe he is Phillip Micallef and he does work for Sooum. He is the deal architect, so he would be the first to be in on the know of a signed deal completed deal. This is all speculative (which is the point of this play at .0002)...but I believe he's just excited about what's going on and is naturally drawn to using social media. SWRF $$$
