GOG stated that India trials results persuaded NCI to run a phase 2 trial in US.

Current Phase 2 trial has 7 patients past 12 months, with additional 6 still alive. Could represent overall survival past 12 months of around 35%. 5 patients did not complete all 3 doses, so could make this figure much higher, if you do not count the 5 that did not complete doses.

Anal Cancer study, all 10 patients so far are complete responders, and appears discussion is being had to move this to a much larger trial.

Combination studies using other drugs/platforms are showing very promising results

Keytruda/Advaxis study will start sometime in the next month.

Canine trial is producing some amazing results, median survival still not reached.

Canine abstract submitted and could be presented in April.
