Commenting on the matter Mr. Fleming says "Darrell Nether is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. When I resigned from the company I had no idea that he would put out trash talk about me on message boards and even in press releases. In my view that was simply because he couId not run the company on his own. Nether is certainly not an innovator. He is a major problem monger. The fact is I started the company from scratch, with my own money. Nether contributed absolutely nothing but grief. After I resigned, the Nethers denied me my severance package. They kept my motorhome, my portion of client stock holdings and my personal belongings. In the end they showed absolutely no respect for the man that took them out of obscurity and gave them a shot at entreprenurialism. I could have pursued a court settlement for what was rightfully mine. Because the stock assets ultimately became almost worthless and the legal fees necessary to recover the other assets would be excessive I thought it would be better to just walk away."
