What is your comment if a NSS does appear on KMAG after the NOBO/OBO is released? What happens then? I would really like to know.

Imagine if somehow KMAG becomes the first. As more corruption is brought into the public light, eventually one company will be the first, why not KMAG.

So where did all this talk of something so impossible first originate? How could something so impossible fuel years of debate? I do believe there has been some favorable court decisions on this topic. I've also read one or two statements by regulators acknowledging their existence. Also hitting on the various complications faced when trying to nail down certain specifics and certainly in trying to correct such wrongs of the past.. Not saying your opinion must match those who differ with the opinions of the longs here. Just that many of posts have also strayed away from it being an overall impossibility and honed in on it being a Kmag impossibility... But that's where we differ.. I do agree with you that the way Kmag is said to be moving forward has never wielded the results many here have made seem like an easily gotten foregone conclusion... The only division are the assumptions every action happening in the background has been done while following the standardized steps laid out in the pamphlet they handed Jeff on the day of the suspension. If that were the case then it would be very difficult to argue anything other than this being one colossal failure after another.. Don't fall into that trap of arguing such points with shareholders who may think it's being done in a unique way but really have no knowledge of the specifics they're arguing. Winning that argument won't even get you a keyring on the bottom shelf of the prize display. Obviously precedents is stacked in your favor but such arguments are best had with insiders. Obvious roadblock there but maybe the proxy will allow for some blanks to filled with some educated assumptions. If not then certainty the meeting. If people walk out of there just as confused as when they walked in then I'll be much more inclined to trade in that Keychain for a brand-new top of the shelf toaster oven.. ; )
