do you see this section there are MULTIPLE THINGS NEEDED to fulfill this section . . .

one of the boxes that can already be checked off is the one that says:
Documentation showing legal possession of the premise to be licensed



the lease is the DOCUMENTION that shows LEGAL POSSESSION

GPS LaVita INC has the LEGAL POSSESSION - VERIFIED by this EXECUTED LEASE

that has already been submitted to the SEC through FWDG 8-k

GPS LaVita Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary
