I would prefer NYSE MKT, former AMEX. But all depends on Dan, Scott and their advisors, and money of course.

If Managements intentions are to develop and exploit the "Niostar" property fully they need to establish a firm foundation that will enable the Shareholder to feel secure with their Investment. IMO they need to obtain a separate " Niostar " Listing on a Senior Exchange with a strong PPS to attract not only the normal Individual Investor but also the Institutional Investor who is looking for stability and growth potential.

Ideally this would be a stock that is trading at or near the $3 level, on a senior Exchange ( with all the Reporting requirements ) with no more than 50 M shares outstanding - fully diluted after an initial Financing.

It is also important for the new Company to bring on board accredited Professional expertise who have had success in start up / development of Mining properties in the past. Both at the Board level as well as in Management positions.

A well thought out narrative as to the Company s going forward plans as well as getting that information out to the investing public and among Institutions / Financial services Groups is of crucial importance if the Company s apparent future expectations are to be met.

Your view that "TSX is the canadian OTC," what is it based on?

Are you suggesting that TSX is viewed as the same level as the pinks?

If so, how sure are you that your view is shared by institutional investors? What percentage of them share this view?

Thx.
