You don't get it, do you? there is still 250 Million shares left in AS and at least one of the convertible notes can be fully converted, regardless the price, but they did not converted, and now you telling me that they left thousands of dollars on the table because is not enough buyers? They can drop the price to .0001 and they will find enough buyers and more.
If is so bad and we are at dead end then they (Toxic Financiers) would converted what they can already.... right? it is exactly what we see here, some people getting rid of their FLPC stock thinking exactly what you just said "Give it a rest already, burnt toast here" but to be fair, many others said similar things too.
You sold your shares with a huge losses (most likely) and now you are coming back here looking for justification of your action.... it always work this way.
I think I will wait and see what they do with due convertible first. IMHO
