On January 30, 2015, Gulf Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it found natural gas resources under its bromine well in the Sichuan area. The Company plans to hire a third party to conduct a survey of the geological structure and complexity analysis and the economics of the natural gas under the well. The Company does not know if this project will be commercially viable nor has it decided whether it will develop the field by itself or seek to partner with a company specializing in this industry until after the assessment report from third party has been completed.
