Generally speaking when real companies hire a new auditor they inform shareholders - and if GRCU was a SEC filer they would be required to issue a 8-K.

But, GRCU being dark is doing a very good job of keeping shareholders in the dark.

But we know GRCU hasn't filed anything concerning a merger.
