There was 5 months of silence, pissed shareholders, no new money and now suddenly after some signs of life and time to action dwindling we have some coming out of the woodwork. Gosh, if these folks are not positioned by now, they never will be, but are the chaser type as in every dramatic rise

Has anything been done to prevent the "mismanagement" from happening again? I mean, all things considered, why is this time different from last?
