I have some disappointment also. Mid year last year, I was predicting on this board that this would be at a buck by Xmas. But the spike to .31, followed by the slow fall to today's price are deflating. However, what that has shown me is that the stock will never 'organically' grow on the OTC exchange. Nature of the beast. And so, and I believe this is Mr. Nelson's agenda, he has taken on these fiscal and corporate twists and turns to accomplish the upgrade to the NASDAQ or NYSE. You don't just upgrade one day, you have to have the right price, the right board structure, the appropriate stock divisions to alleviate deviation. etc etc. So they are not isolated, but part of the same action and goal. Upgrade! In the meantime, and I'm not out to convince you of this, it is just my opinion based on a belief; the prototype of the cell is under negotiation with partners. Actually, he has told us that. I think, by now, its further along, but he is waiting for the next exchange to announce it. An exchange where the validity of the stock will be noticed and rewarded more predictably and positively. GLTA, long and strong!

If JN was not in so much of a hurry he could have had another year of solid growth from SunWorks and shown great earnings from MD Energy. Plus the cell sometime this year.

IMO he is too slow. But I'm patiently waiting.
MD is a cheap acquisition. And it should add more value to the company than the cost of it.
So too fast, too slow he gets the blame no matter what he does....
Before SWKS SLTD was worth a few million. Nothing without the Cell.
He adds SWKS for a few million. It is now a $56,000,000 company.
Something like A 10X payback.... not bad for a little over a year.
Right now I have $5,800+ from a $651 investment.
$1,000 went to the bank. $4,800 in FREE $LTD stock.
WHAT in the world to I have to complain about?
Yes, I can say I might do things different.
So what happens, will happen!
Lets get MD done. Lets get NASDAQ.
Let's Gooooo!

I have to respectfully disagree with your statement. Here we are with 20 million in revenues, and profitable for 2014...And trading with a 50 million market cap...

There are so many reasons up-listing make's sense with a R/S...

1..It's all about valuation. SLTD will receive a more generous valuation on the bigger board

2..Approx 70% of institutional investors can't invest their clients money in penny stocks on the OTCB..Up-listing opens up a whole new world to us

3..If you had a buggy whip to sell...And if you sold it today you'd get $10 for it....But if you wait 6 months you can sell it for $100...Wouldn't you wait? That is why JN want's to up-list soon in preparation for the cell news to come...The news will attract a much broader investment audience, higher P/E, which will translate to a higher valuation

4...Acquisitions will be much easier for JN to execute...If you own company x, and JN comes to you for possible merger, would you be more willing to do a deal knowing your getting stock traded on the big board compared to the OTCB

5...Conclusion...I started out with valuations..It matters not when SLTD becomes a billion dollar company (market cap) whether you own 100k shares at $3 pps or 2500 shares at $100+

Note...SLTD would never reach that 1 B market cap while on the OTCB

$1.60? $570M market cap? You really think the market would have given us a $570M market cap on the OTC?

If so, why would we not be given a $570M market cap on the NASDAQ?

If you really believe we were going to increase 10x in market cap on the OTC, 57M to 570M, and go from .16 to 1.60, why can't we do that on the NASDAQ and go from 4.80 to 48.00?

Totally disagree with you... Jim is right on target at getting off this damn otc. Most of these otc players have no clue or even care about real growth, they are happy with a .01 or .02 move then they unload 500K shares and wait for the pps to drop again then repeat. We need to get more smart money invested for the long term and lower float. RS and Uplisting will be the best for all shareholders. I also think Jim is sandbagging all the good news for release after RS.
