Couldnt be further from the truth. DO NOT kid yourself that Barton just took a few shares and walked. Look at the issuance of the filing. Ken barely owns 1/3 of the shares issued and even HE will be dumping whether you want to believe it or not. Nothing starts as a scam and the has a change of heart. These things take elaborate plans before the shell acquisition
