Given that the company is engaged in a lawsuit brought by the former CEO, who was ousted by the Board of Directors, it is not surprising at all that the company would refrain from issuing press releases or other statements that could be used in the litigation.
If I were litigation counsel for MDNT (and I have been litigation counsel for a number of corporations), I would encourage them to issue no statements at all, other than what is absolutely essential to operate the business.
I'm not saying everything is rosy here at MDNT, there are lots of questions, and lots of challenges. I am just saying that the lack of public statements is not really proof of anything, given that they are involved in a messy lawsuit with the former management.
