YES ED25 - i agree with the fact that INCC can see another

very nice run in fact - for those that have been here for some time

we can see that INCC is still trading like she was before that last run,

she is still very thin and over the last 9 months - we do not see the float share

number increasing at all when we would receive the reports from the transfer agent.

the float is STILL THE SAME - low and thin

so everything still looks exactly like it did before that first BIG run to .02+

this time we have a verified lease executed - where last time we never saw the lease - here we can see the lease in the 8-k of FWDG:

also, they just posted the Survey the other day on twitter:


this was a short few days later - when they posted the survey

so if the last BIG run was to .022 and INCC did not have a license or a VERIFIED lease

this time we have a VERIFIED lease that can see

so my feeling is, the closer we get to achieving this license, the bigger run we can see - I feel you are right on the money with you evaluation of having another chance for a GOOD RUN . .. .
