I believe it means that if your 2.5 million shares equal 1.0% of NTEK and HVEL has 45 million shares you would get 450,000 shares of HVEL.

Whatever % of NTEK you control will become the equivalent holdings
in HVEL. I believe HVEL has a 25mm share structure. I expect that
the HVEL shares will be forward-split to accommodate current NTEK
shareholders.

For example:
Lets say by Friday (cut off date for Shareholders of RECORD
share acquisition) a shareholder owns 7.2mm shares: And that
represents 1% of NTEK.

IF HVEL's share structure forward splits to accommodate NTEK
shareholders of record (say HVEL shares expand to 500mm);
YOUR allotment would be 1% or 5mm shares!!!
