X27RAY, no Art did not tell me and I have been looking for it all morning as I am sure I read it. May be I am wrong but the simple fact is you do not expand you facility 4X if there is not some kind of future business headed your way. Lets put it another way. If the next filing does not have some cheese included this will retrace again imo.
