Because of couple of reasons: (1). I believed their promises
(2). occasionally the share price went over a penny.
(3). I hold a couple of million shares and I want to get my money back. As I repeated my over all opinion is : Almost 99% of the promises made by the Management of IDTA were broken. So, my conclusion is: IDTA is run by crooks and it is a Pump & Dump Company. Thanks for asking.
